1. Order Processing Time

Orders are processed within 1–3 working days after confirmation.

Processing Rules

• Orders placed on Sundays or public holidays are processed on the next working day.
• Orders are dispatched once payment confirmation or COD verification is completed.

3. Delivery Timeframe

Additional Notes

• Delivery timelines may be affected by weather conditions, logistics issues, or unforeseen delays.

4. Shipping Charges

Shipping charges (if applicable) are shown during checkout before payment confirmation.

Free Shipping Offers

Promotional free shipping offers may be applied automatically during special campaigns or offers.

5. Order Tracking

Once your order is shipped, you will receive:

• A courier tracking ID
• A tracking link via SMS or email

Customers with an account can also track orders in the “My Orders” section.

6. Non-Delivery or Delays

If your order is delayed beyond the expected timeframe:

1. Contact our support team with your order ID.
2. We will coordinate with the courier partner to resolve the issue.

Crazy Dukan is not responsible for delays caused by:

• Courier networks
• Natural disasters
• Government restrictions
• Transport disruptions

7. Undelivered / Refused Orders

COD Orders

If a Cash on Delivery (COD) order is refused at delivery, the customer account may be flagged and future COD orders may be restricted.

Incorrect Address

If delivery fails due to incorrect address or phone number, the order may be returned to our warehouse.

Shipping fees in such cases may not be refunded.

8. Service Coverage

Currently, we deliver across India only.

International shipping is not available at this time.

9. Force Majeure

Shipping timelines may be extended due to events beyond our control including:

• Government restrictions
