1. Returns & Replacements

We offer replacement for products that are damaged, defective, or incorrect at the time of delivery.

How to Request a Replacement

To request a replacement:

  1. Contact us within 48 hours of delivery.
  2. Email us at support@crazydukan.com or call +91 98222 20161.
  3. Provide the following details:
    • Order ID
    • Photos of the damaged or defective product
    • Photos of the original packaging

Once verified, we will arrange a replacement or return pickup depending on your location.

⚠️ Replacement requests made after 48 hours of delivery will not be accepted.

2. Refund Eligibility

Refunds are provided only in specific situations.

Refunds May Be Approved If

  • The ordered item is out of stock and cannot be replaced
  • The product is damaged on arrival and replacement is unavailable
  • The order is cancelled by Crazy Dukan before dispatch

Refunds Are Not Applicable For

  • Change of mind after delivery
  • Orders where COD advance was used to process dispatch
  • Orders that are refused or unclaimed after dispatch

3. Advance COD Policy

For Cash on Delivery (COD) orders, we collect a small advance payment to confirm genuine orders.

COD Advance Rules

  • Advance payment is required to confirm COD orders
  • The advance helps cover packing, handling, and logistics costs
  • The remaining balance is paid at the time of delivery

Refund of Advance

  • The advance is refundable only if Crazy Dukan cancels the order before dispatch
  • Once the order is dispatched, the advance becomes non‑refundable, even if the customer refuses delivery

This policy helps prevent misuse of COD services and ensures fair processing of orders.

4. Refund Timeline

If a refund is approved:

  • It will be processed to the original payment method used during checkout
  • Refund processing time is 7–10 working days after approval
